All merchandise is insured when shipped. If you received damaged merchandise, notify the delivering carrier of the problem then contact us using this link immediately. We will send a replacement immediately.
We will also accept any new condition merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise, as well as the shipping in both directions. We must receive the merchandise in new condition. The return shipping amount you will receive includes the amount for insurance. Please contact us using this link if you wish to return merchandise. If you are returning merchandise, you probably were not happy with it. Please explain why you would like to return it so we can avoid having the same problem again.
